We understand plans can change. To cancel a reservation, please submit a written request with the date included. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
If you cancel 30 days prior to your event, your initial deposit is refundable.

Crumbs Venue includes three open and welcoming rooms that can host up to 150 guests comfortably.

We offer a mix of table options to fit your layout needs:
(12) 60” round tables (seats 5–6 each)
(20) 36” square tables (seats 4 each)
(3) window booths (seats 4–6 each)
(1) large corner booth (seats up to 8)
Several small and high-top tables for casual setups

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your personal touch. We just ask that no decorations be stapled or nailed to the walls or ceiling. All décor must be removed at the end of your rental time. Crumbs Venue will provide approved tape for the walls.

Yes, Crumbs is fully accessible, including ADA-compliant restrooms and dedicated parking spaces.

Yes, we have a prep kitchen for light use like food storage and plating. If you need access to our commercial kitchen, it’s available for an added fee. A current Pennsylvania ServeSafe Certificate is required.

You’re free to customize your setup! We’ll work with you to create a layout that fits your event style and guest count. A sample floor plan is available, and our Facility Manager is happy to help with suggestions.

We offer 67 parking spaces on-site, including three designated handicap spots. There’s also additional off-street parking available in front of the building.

Our standard rental hours are 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Rentals are booked in a minimum 4-hour block, with the option to add more time as needed. For alternate hours or special requests, please speak with our Facility Manager. Rates are listed on our website.

Yes! A team member will be on-site throughout your rental to assist as needed.

Yes, your rental should include any time needed for setting up and cleaning up.

Yes! Crumbs Venue is a BYOB establishment. Beer and wine are welcome, but liquor is not permitted.

No, Crumbs is a smoke-free property.

You’re responsible for removing all personal items and returning the space to its original condition. That includes cleaning the kitchen (if used) and taking down all decorations. We’re not responsible for any items left behind, and additional cleaning fees may apply if the space isn’t returned as found.
